Thank you for your interest in our Cutomer Advisory Board!  Advisory Board members are selected for 3 month terms.  We are currently accepting applications on an ongoing basis.  To apply, simply fill out the form below.  You will be contacted via email if you are selected. 

Advisory board members help with new product development, social media, blogs, and many other feedback type items.  Members are given a $20 store credit every month to select items of their choice.  They are also given various new items for testing or trial purposes.
